On Tuesday, September 18th, 2018 some lucky members of Loveland Garden Club’s Horticulture Committee visited Heron Haven Wetlands in Omaha, Nebraska. We enjoyed an overview of the history of the wetlands by a knowledgeable volunteer and then had a tour of the property.  We were fascinated by the plant and animal sanctuary in the middle of the city!
